Situation
SITREP: After weeks of developing the IS-WAP locations in the north-eastern section of OPS BOX LUXOR we have seen sufficient buildup at these locations to deal a decisive blow to IS-WAP forces in the region.

Locations have been designated Hawaiian (GR165-288), Supreme (GR179-300),and Margherita (GR196-304). Objective Supreme and Margherita appear to be staging sites for local forces. Intel Cell expects these sites to have a moderate enemy presence, and contain supply caches. Objective Hawaiian seems to be a vehicle collection point.

Mission
AE-E will assault objective SUPREME, MARGHERITA, and HAWAIIAN to clear them of IS-WAP personnel. As well as destroy any vehicles or supplies at these locations


Execution
Commander's Intent: Conduct direct action raid on objectives to disrupt IS-WAP forces in the region.
Purpose: Destroy large collection of IS-WAP forces and supplies.
Key Tasks:
  • Assault OBJ MARGHERITA
  • Assault OBJ SUPREME
  • Assault OBJ HAWAIIAN

End State: All key tasks have been completed.

Concept of the Operation:
The OIC will develop and brief the CONOP prior to the operation.

CASEVAC Plan: Casualties will be stabilized on-site or at CCPs designated in the field. Expectant Casualties and casualties requiring extensive medical treatment will be extracted from the AO by AvTEG assets.

Coordinating Instructions:
Time Schedule: 1 - 1.5 hrs.
Priority Intelligence Requirements:
  • N/A

Friendly Forces Information Requirements
  • Number and severity of casualties sustained at any phase of the mission
  • Loss of any mission-critical items or equipment

Essential Elements of Friendly Information
  • Time and location of friendly operations must remain confidential

Rules of Engagement: Fire is permitted only against armed and positively identified Koronan forces.


Sustainment
Logistics: AvTEG will provide resupply as needed via aerial sources.

Transportation: Transportation will be provided via AvTEG assets from the airfield as needed and ground vehicles.

Supply:
  • ii. All weapons and equipment will be in accordance with loadout guidelines. Attributable nature of equipment is a non-issue.
  • v. Basic combat loads for direct action will be carried.
  • vii. Vehicles will be assigned to teams as needed. Team leaders will carry all needed communications equipment
  • viii. IFAKs and medical equipment will be carried IAW unit SOP
Personnel Services Support: EPWs will be searched, silenced, segregated, safeguarded, and sped to the rear using organic assets. Care of EPWs is top priority.

Health Service Support

Medical Mission Command: PJs will be responsible for triage and medical operations at CCPs.

Medical Treatment and Evacuation: Casualties will be treated on-site with self and buddy aid. Seriously wounded casualties will be extracted by organic assets. Expectant casualties are to be MEDEVACed with AvTEG assets.

Command:

Location of Command: Targeting elements will be located at the field TOC. The location of OIC and succession of command will be determined by the CONOP.

Signal:

SOI: Radio Callsigns and Frequencies will be in accordance with unit SOP. Passwords and recognition signals will be developed in the CONOP.

Smoke/Pyrotechnic signals:
White - Concealment
Red - Enemy
Purple - Friendly
Yellow - Concealment

Recognition Signals:
IR Strobes and Illuminators will be carried and used for PID of friendly forces.
