If your running all the CUP Terrain maps as seperate mods you SHOULD NOT be. You should be running a single @CUPTerrains mod folder that contains every single map PBO.

Update:
Disabled all my mods and ran cache files verification. After a small download of a few missing files and condensed all of CUP Terrains .pbo into one folder ZEUS module is now working on my templates.
