Why do you want to join SEAL Team 3 Realism Unit? I have been on a one year break almost from ArmA. Around a year ago I have seen a video called "Seal Team 3 Realism Unit Promo" on youtube and since then I said to myself when I am back on ArmA again I will check this unit out if its still alive and now here I am!
